A: Go to the style sheet for the skin in question then use the 5th box and type a number between 5 and 375, the higher the number the higher up it will go. If your unsure how high up it should be raised then do some testing by typing in a number and preview the skin and if its too high then enter a lower number and if its too low then enter a higher number till its exactly as you want it.
